CERATOM® technology means thermoelectric systems developed without ceramic plates.

  • Improved performance factor (15 to 30 percent)
  • Cutting in several times period required for assembling thermal systems
  • No polishing/grinding operations and lapping compounds are required
  • Production of systems of any sizes and shapes.

Sensors, detectors & gas safety systems

Application of non-ceramic systems developed according to CERATOM® technology allows to create wireless detectors and sensors fed by independent power sources, i.e. thermoelectric mini-generators utilizing temperature drop in pipelines, tubes and the other heat sources. They may be used in oil and gas industry, housing and utilities infrastructure, security, safety and signaling systems.

Inbuilt mini thermoelectric generators are functioning owing to temperature difference effect, and utilize heat energy for feeding sensors thus providing for their uninterrupted and faultless operation within the unlimited time period. Such systems are autonomous and do not require any external power supply sources.

The appropriate gas safety systems are also functioning with the use temperature difference on ends of thermoelectric module. The system in question is in charge of providing proper operation of valves controlling the direct gas input into burner. Thermoelectric power generating assembly located near the pilot flame commence functioning upon switching on the gas supply thus maintaining valve in open position and facilitating gas delivery into system. The subject thermal electricity system is highly reliable, efficient and does not require any external power source. Overall service lifespan of such systems may reach 25 years.
