TERMIONA has developed unique system intended for direct forced cooling of TO-3 laser bodies based on CERATOM® technology. The system in question is manufactured in kind of double-stage module with liquid cooling system to provide heat outlet for the maximum efficient cooling thereof. TERMIONA thermoelectric system is in a position to adjust laser temperature in a rather wide range whereas vacuumizing its internal volume excludes the opportunity of occurrence condensate and accumulated frost. Difference in temperatures between cold plate of first module and hot plate of second module may reach 60º С.
To exclude the opportunity of condensate occurrence in TO3 laser body cooling system the entire subject system is enclosed in the properly sealed body and connected to vacuum pump. To facilitate more efficient system operation and increase its maximum admissible production capacity in a quality of finishing circuit any liquid cooler with suitable cooling parameters is used.
