Integration of thermoelectric components into cooling and heat setting system

Opportunities offered by CERATOM® technology allows considerably simplify integration of thermoelectric module into the relevant system and end product. Owing to the possibility at hand to create ceramic-like CERATOM® layer on surface with virtually any shape the subject thermoelectric component becomes an integral part of the relevant thermoelectric system. Making use of aluminum alloys facilitate a high degree of design flexibility, i.e. we possess the possibilities to manufacture multiple configurations of the different systems such as air-air, air-liquid and liquid-liquid.

 

There is no ceramic laminae in thermoelectric systems produced by TERMIONA — they are replaced by nanostructural composite heat exchangers applied directly onto the surface of heat exchanger and the working surface of the device. When producing thermoelectric systems based on CERATOM® technology the process of system creation and its mounting into the end device are substantially simplified because there is no thermoelectric module as a separate unit in the system, and hear exchanger and heat sink (hot side) function themselves as Peltier element. The necessity in any additional special surface processing methods (such as polishing and dressing) may be also discarded.
