Thermo Stabilizing System “Liquid-Liquid” Type

Heat setting based on integration of thermoelectric cooling unit of liquid-liquid” type into the end product is a universal solution for numerous applications, including thermo stabilized cabinets for telecommunication equipment.

 

Thermo stabilizing system is a universal device intended for integration into any compatible volume as a plug-in option. The main function of the thermoelectric cooling is maintenance of the necessary temperature within the inner volume at the expense of thermo stabilizing system.

 

Thermostabilized cabinets for telecommunication equipment

Thermostabilized cabinets above mentioned are intended for maintaining the reliably controlled temperature regime inside thereof in areas characterized by considerable changes in the environment temperatures; such cabinets may be used for a great variety of telecommunication equipment.

Our thermostatic cabinets are intended for the prolonged autonomous functioning in remote areas without the professional maintenance network thus practically excluding the opportunity to apply the appropriate compressor type cooling systems.

 

System for cooling bodies of ТО3 type lasers

TERMIONA has developed unique system intended for direct forced cooling of TO-3 laser bodies based on CERATOM® technology. The system in question is manufactured in kind of double-stage module with liquid cooling system to provide heat outlet for the maximum efficient cooling thereof. TERMIONA thermoelectric system is in a position to adjust laser temperature in a rather wide range whereas vacuumizing its internal volume excludes the opportunity of occurrence condensate and accumulated frost. Difference in temperatures between cold plate of first module and hot plate of second module may reach 60º С.

 

Cooling & heat setting system

Universal systems intended for cooling and thermal conditioning with capacity up to 10 kW and more may be applied for thermal stabilization and cooling bodies of industrial light emitting diodes, lasers type ТО3 and ТО69 and other similar lasers, ultra violet diodes and powerful high frequency transistors. The systems in question are used also for cooling mini- showcases, trading and cooling displays, drink coolers and thermostats.

 

System for cooling «cold plate» type solid-state lasers

Thermal conditioning system for solid-state lasers developed by TERMIONA is represented by one-stage cooling system intended for heat removal to provide maximum efficient cooling process, and is capable to adjust laser temperature in wide range. When switched on thermoelectric system commences cooling; meanwhile the difference of temperatures between its cold and hot surfaces may reach 40 to 50º С.

Thermoelectric cooling mini-showcase is intended for cooling and simultaneous demonstration of very different products. To such appliances may be referred showcases for confectionaries, foodstuff, cosmetics, pharmacies and mini-refrigerators. Mini-showcases and mini-refrigerators are generally recommended for installation at gasoline service stations, cafeterias, restaurants, department stores and hotels. They may represent excellent alternative of the traditional refrigerating showcases of compressor type, especially in situations of the certain space constrains.
